Created by Dennis and Nan Allen, “Christ Was Born for This” is a wonderful reminder that Jesus is the reason for the season! With a wonderful blend of traditional and contemporary Christmas classics, the FUMC Chancel Choir, FUMC Orchestra, and storytellers retell the wondrous story of Christ’s birth.
Songs include Once in Royal David’s City, Good Christian Men Rejoice and Sing, Emmanuel, Shine Jesus Shine, Blessings, God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen, No More Night, Christ Was Born for This, and a festive Finale of beloved traditional Christmas carols.
Christmas brunch will be served following the service. Please join us- all are welcome with open hearts, open doors, and open minds!
No tickets required - there will be a free will offering.
