NYC born & raised, Lisa has been in SoFlo for the past 25 years with her family as a resident of Ft Lauderdale.
For the past 25 years, Lisa has taught yoga classes & certified over 1,000 into the teaching of Yoga.
Over many years, Lisa has refined her method of teaching public classes so it speaks to all levels, shapes, sizes and colors of students.
Her gatherings are a judgement free zone, where you come as you are & recieve all you deserve.
