Join us for our monthly magical Full Moonrise & Sunset evening of healing by the ocean.
▸6:45pm: Check in & Settle In.
~ Receive a ~free handwoven intention bracelet~ & settle in to enjoy some extra free time by the ocean.
▸7:15pm: Class begins!
~ Moonrise to a Sunset #Kundalini Kriyas ( movements & breathing), Sound Healing Meditation by the healing oceanside ? with our guest teacher, Jai-El Ari (class is 90 minutes)
Optional: Stay afterwards.
