QUINOA AVOCADO TARTARE: Diced heirloom tomatoes, fresh mango, avocado, kalamata olives, cucumber, baby arugula, roasted almonds, citrus vinaigrette.
SUMMER SALAD: Spinach, watercress, goat cheese, strawberries, candied pecans, sliced mango, red wine vinaigrette.
