You are invited to join us for a new hands-on culinary adventure called "Cooking in Hebrew,” for English speakers
This unique workshop, sponsored by the World Zionist Organization Department for Diaspora Activities will be led by Einat Cohen-Nissan Glen.
Einat Glen founder and Educational Director of “Tochnit Chalutzim”. Hebrew Lecturer at FIU University in South Florida and the South Region Representative of NAALE. Einat has experience in teaching over 25 years in Israel and North America, both in Formal Jewish Education and in Informal Jewish Education.
As a hobby, Einat loves to cook and bake. When Einat lived in Israel she studied for five years with a private chef Yocheved Hirsh who wrote the book “You won’t believe it’s Kosher”.
Each session will focus on a different theme that correlates with the Jewish/Israeli calendar. We will spend time together, chatting, telling stories, sharing memories and cooking delicious recipes related to the monthly theme. At the end of each session, we will sit around the table and feast!
The First session will be held on Sunday, Feb 24th, from 4-7 pm at a private residence in Davie FL.
( address will be enclosed upon registration)
Price per session $40
