South Florida PBS (WPBT2 - WXEL) and Broward College invite you to examine the origin, history and impact of the 1882 law that made it illegal for Chinese workers to come to America and for Chinese nationals already here ever to become U.S. citizens.

Please join us on May 24th at 6:30pm at Broward College's South Campus Performing Cultural Arts Center. Reception begins at 6:30 PM with light snacks and beverages. Following the screening, guests will have the opportunity to listen to featured experts during a panel discussion. Event is free and open to the public.
