Join us for $10 cash classes M-F 4:30pm and 1pm Wednesdays, 7:30pm Mondays...Home of Connected Warrior Yoga(a free weekly class for military-active and inactive-and their families) We are known for having some of the best instructors around , and wonderful workshops and events.
