The main ingredient is traditionally tuna, but variations include salmon, octopus, and shrimp. Placed on top of a bed of rice and garnished with fresh veggies, seasoning and sauces, this is the next generation of sushi... only easier to eat! Our motto is Eat Fresh, Stay Healthy for a reason. We feel that the on-the-go man or woman shouldn’t have to settle for greasy fast foods.
