I started my own business helping others find themselves, work on their fitness and nutrition and teach others to do the same all because I transformed my life in 2006 with a fitness program. In 2013, I lost 60 lbs and had abs AFTER a c-section. I'm a fitness professional, Master Trainer for Beachbody formats: Insanity, Turbo Kick, PiYo; Worldwide Fitness Consultant and Group Exercise Instructor.
